Yes. Business Pro and Business Premium start at 5 users. The calculator runs to 50 users. Larger teams, or organizations with specific deployment requirements, should discuss Business Enterprise.

Business Pro is $9.40 per user each month on a 3-month quarterly term, or $8.40 per user each month on a 12-month annual term. Business Premium is $20.00 quarterly or $18.00 annually. The calculator shows the exact annual saving for the selected user count.

The trial ends without an automatic charge because no credit card is required to begin. The team can then choose a paid plan or discuss an Enterprise configuration.

Yes. A team may move from Business Pro to Business Premium as external collaboration becomes more frequent. SSO, integrations, ASR, branding, larger deployments or data-location requirements are handled through Business Enterprise.
